We can work with you or partner with your architect, designer or engineer to design and refurbish your office, including:- Changing the layout of your office

The Service that You Deserve from Avalon
100% of our jobs are finished on time and on budget - as specified in the original project plan.Your office refurbishment will begin with a visit from our building surveyor. He will plan the project and prepare an estimate for you.
Our project manager will make sure that your project runs smoothly and on budget. He will co-ordinate the work of the builders and craftsmen. And he will keep you fully informed about the progress of the work.
We will prepare & finish each job properly and solve any underlying problems. This means that our work will last a long-time.
You will be covered by our public and employer’s liability insurance during the work. For projects worth more than £250,000, we will take out additional insurance that is tailored to the specific conditions.
At the end of the job, your office will be tidied and cleaned. Our builders and decorators are always considerate and polite.

Our Avalon Guarantee
We guarantee all our work for 12 months. If you find any defect, we will fix it without charge.
If you sell your office within a year of the project, our guarantee will pass to the new owner.
Consumer Protection Guarantee - Your Extra Security
You are also protected by the Consumer Protection Guarantee scheme (CPG) run by Tradesmen Connect in conjunction with Goldcrest Chartered Surveyors.
Your money will be held by the scheme during the project. The CPG administrators will only pass your payment to us when you have confirmed that you are satisfied with our work.
