Undergoing our 100K refurbishment in this Chelsea Beaufort street flat. It has reached second fix installations now and after redoing the walls layout it looks much more spacious and bright. Not surprisingly though the mains water supply and pressure is absolutely inadequate coming through 15mm lead pipe for the whole building. Special pressure booster will need to be installed to support the high pressure demanding jets showers and baths we installed.

Our quarter of a million project in Maida Vale is half way through, with re roofing on the way. Meanwhile the refurbishments in Chelsea Beaufort Mansions and Kensington Aubrey Walk are nearly finished.

We are happy to present our new project started on the 12/May/2010 which involves Exterior repairs, restoration and decorating to all elevations of this four-in-one semi detached property in Maida Vale, London.
It also includes Complete roof replacement, Timber windows repairs/replacement, Water proofing and retiling two entrances steps, Safety railings installation, Interior Oak rails installation, Fire and smoke safety improvements, Replacement of roof skylight windows etc etc.
The complexity of this 18 weeks project makes it difficult to execute but also challenging and very satisfying when certain work gets completed.
Our Site Supervisor: Slav in particular and the site workers are hoping for better weather ahead
