You are also protected by the Consumer Protection Guarantee scheme (CPG) run by Tradesmen Connect in conjunction with Goldcrest Chartered Surveyors, regulated by RICS.
Your money will be held by the scheme during the project. The CPG administrators will only pass your payment to us when you have confirmed that you are satisfied with our work.

Our public and employer’s liability insurance will cover our work. For projects worth more than £250,000, we will take out additional insurance that is tailored to the specific conditions.
